Put double yellow lines outside 2-6 Ralph road

Reported in the General Highways Enquiry category anonymously at 08:24, Thursday 11 October 2018

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

The houses and pavement outside no2-6 ralph road jut out in to the road here.

Residents insist on parking over the pavement to not block traffic on a busy junction, which includes a double decker bus route. This tiny stretch of road is not wide enough for parking on both sides of the road.

Residents block the pavement regularly and pedestrians with babies in buggies regularly have to instead navigate the road in busy traffic to get past.

Double yellows outside these 3 houses would prevent residents from blocking either traffic or pedestrians by insisting on parking there.
