Damage to road way in plus drain at bottom is always blocked when we haves bad weather we can’t excess to our property’s because of the floods even getting to and from from are garages to our cars this rd outside here needs resurfaced and then the problem will be solved plus the drain is very slow and can’t cope with this bad weather we gets

This problem has not been fixed as stated in your 'update'. The drain blocks every time it rains. The excess flood water runs directly onto my back garden and accumulates at the wall on the front of my property as seen in the middle photo. Even the recycling bins start floating away on the water. The whole access area is a safety issue for pedestrians and vehicles. This continual flooding needs to be sorted before someone is injured or my property is damaged any further. This seems to be an ongoing problem and has been reported several times by other neighbouring properties and has not been rectified by the Council. This flooding is right outside the access to my property. It is dangerous to anyone walking around this area.
