There is a green utility cabinet/box attached to my house at 90 Hotwells Rd, BS8 4UB. It is not fixed/attached the the wall and is falling away and loose. Debris regularly fills the 'gap' between the space between the wall and the cabinet, causing damp damage to the wall of the house. It has previously been reported and issue was supposedly addressed and 'closed' on 28 August 2018. Can you pleas advise: 1. Who owns the cabinet and whether it houses equipment that is still in use? 2. Can the cabinet be moved away from the wall of the house., and moved elsewhere? 3. Failing the above, fix to the property and avoid any further issues with debris and damp.

  • This Cabinet which sits directly outside of our property, leans off the wall. It is causing damp, as debris gets trapped behind the cabinet, along with rain water and moisture. The cabinet doews not fit flush with the wall of the house. It needs to be fixed or better still, REMOVED AND RELOCATED. If this is not address urgently I will take this matter to court to resolve . . . it is damaging our house! Please fix the issue and inform me who the cabinet belongs to.
