The pavement slab which the bin is attached to, has come loose. Pavement slab and bin are broken and poking out dangerously

The public waste bin that is attached to the pavement square has been hit by a car causing the bin and the pavement slab to come loose. Bin now on an angle and pavement slab poking up, All loose wobbly and a bit dangerous. Outside Lockleaze Hub on Gainsborough Square
