Road surface breaking up

On Bamfield near the junction of Great Hayes Road outside the care home there is a patch of road that has dipped and is now breaking up further from vehicles driving over it. It is causing road user to avoid the patch by driving on the other side of the road. Length of patch is approx. 2 metres
