After heavy rain there is a large standing amount of water outside 63 Redland Road for the past 3 days. Pavement submerged in places restricting use. Probably blocked drain

Drain has been unblocked today of a huge deluge of leaves and debris and water has now drained away.
Pile of removed leaves now sitting on the pavement close to the drain.
