We asked all through the summer time to remove shrubs from footpath all we get back in reply is the land does not belong to you.!! I have been in touch with the land registry and they have told me that the land is owned by the city council i have been cut many times with brambles in the lane i have told you this in the past and still nothing gets done to resolve the issue i have now decided to proceed with legal action for injury caused to myself

This happened in the exact same place that the street light was reported to be broken, and went unfixed for over a year then Mr Alexander Wilson nelson sent me 16 emails all regarding the same job number and all within a time period of 3 minuets. the issues were reported over a period of 12 months and it took me posting a video online regarding the issue of the street light not working as soon as i sent the link to the street light issue it was fixed the same day, my wife cut the brambles back as you never come to do them and it is your land we have asked many times and nothing ever gets done to resolve the problems
