In front of the shop "Salt & Pepper" which is 139 Lawrence Hill, Bristol BS5 0BT, there is a manhole cover that is loose. Whenever a vehicle drives over it, it makes a very loud banging sound. It can be heard from within homes nearby - even with the windows closed.

  • It looked like it was fixed but it was just plastered over with tarmac which has now become loose due to all the cars driving over it. It is now again causing loud bangs.
