Uneven path covered with weeds and overgrown

The footpath between Kings Weston Lane and The Gastons is covered with weeds and overgrown. This means you can't see where the path is uneven and is a trip hazard for disabled residents. My elderly client got her foot caught in the weeds and fell whilst walking to the shops.
