Reported in the Utlility Covers category by customer services at 10:48, Fri 16 November 2018
Sent to Bristol City Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1463093.
Never fitted properly, contractors have returned but instead of raising it to the level of the road they just removed the surrounding tarmac. It's now banging & sunk in one corner - will collapse

I have recently walked up Church Road Bishopsworth in the dark. The bushes outside number 54 overhang the pavement and cause an obstruction. I have a daughter who is registered blind and if she had been walking along the same stretch of pavement she would have found it extremely frightening and difficult if not impossible.

I was disappointed not to have received an acknowledgement of my e-mail. More importantly I notice that no action appears to have been taken. I understand from anecdotal evidence that a lady complained to the house owner/renter earlier this week about the same problem.
