It is unacceptable that that poor quality of workmanship is permitted on a new installation. Its not like the paving stone has sunk over time, which if laid properly shouldn't, this is newly laid. The allow the contractor to get away with poor quality work is a sad indictment of the general lack of quality control and consideration by councils.
The whole alley is littered with cracked and broken paving slabs. ALL NEW, laid in the last few weeks and months! Shocking.
