Dip in the road

Sent to Bristol City Council 15 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1464854.
Just past the junction with Hadrian Close on the outbound carriageway - a square piece of tarmac has recently been replaced but has now sunk. The large lorries going over this is very noisy, especially at night.

It appears that the road here is sinking, and causes house to shake when vehicles go over, there is a manhole cover dipped also, please investigate
