Since I moved to the area in May 2017 there has been no pathway for pedestrians on Novers Hill to Novers Lane. The steep hill is dangerous to pedestrians. Cars come very close and it can be frightening. Please put a pavement in here. Please!

Cars consistently drive too fast up and down a road that is shared with pedestrians. For many parents with pushchairs and disabled wheelchair users, this is their only pedestrian route. It's a busy walkway, except there is no walkway!!! I have almost been hit by a car on this route on multiple occassions. You have deemed no action is required. Please advise how I can get the required action?
