Damaged name plate, Beaconsfield Street
Reported in the Street Name Plate category anonymously at 18:52, Tue 20 November 2018
Sent to Bristol City Council 3 minutes later
As the attached photo shows, the name plate for Beaconsfield Street has been lifted up out of the ground during building works, but has not been planted back into the ground since, long after building works have since finished. It is now just lying up against the wall under the window of the new build homes on Beaconsfield Street allowing anyone to move and/or steal the name plate now that it is not secured in place in a safe and proper manner.

The nameplate is now missing. I am unsure as to whether someone acting on behalf of the Council removed it to be replaced, or if my original fear of the nameplate getting stolen has now happened.

I gather there are no plans from the Council to replace this nameplate, judging on the lack of updates and communication on the matter?

A year on and the nameplate has not been reinstated. I gather there are no plans from the council to reinstate if it has taken this long, so I will now voluntarily close my report.
State changed to: Fixed
