Deep Gulley in road at Drive entrance 51 Laurie Crescent

For several years the exit onto Laurie Crescent from the drive of No 51 has been extremely difficult due to a deep gulley caused by the extreme camber to the centre of the road. This is now causing DAMAGE TO THE UNDERSIDE OF OUR CAR however slowly we move out onto the road. A few days ago the road at this point was marked up for patching - which will raise the road surface EVEN HIGHER. Can you please ensure that the City Engineer enables the repair team to correct the problem by raising the drain and filling in the gulley - not resurfacing and raising the road surface which will make the problem EVEN WORSE. I have attached pictures to indicate the problem.
