No drainage at pedestrian crossing, meaning standing water 2m wide after rain

Where the new pedestrian crossing has been installed for the metrobus stop, the water sits in the gulley and onto the pavement. This morning, after heavy prolonged rain, it was 2 metres wide, meaning the pedestrian crossing couldnt be used.
