Large, leaning, fallen and overhanging trees

There are a number of large trees which line the side of my Bristol City Council property's garden which I feel are dangerous to both my own and my family's safety, and that of the property. There are a minimum of 3 fallen trees. A number of trees appear to be leaning dangerously. One large tree in particular is leaning towards my property. A significant number of tree branches are overhanging the garden and obstructing the building of a much-needed shed in my garden as they are hanging too many and too low. The trees are much too large for me to attempt to remove the overhanging branches myself. I have reported this issue multiple times since moving in at the beginning of September this year. Due to the extent of the problem, it is evident that this issue has been ongoing for a very long time.
