Rocking manhole- Bedminster Road

Cover outside Marksbury Rd library in Bedminster Rd, is rocking and keeping residents awake when vehichles go over it at night. Reported previously , see confirm 11361. Section 81 sent to Virgin Media, but they deny ownership. Showing on pinpoint as BNET old manhole cover. Who is responsible for it, now no longer in use by BT?

  • This is approaching the 3rd summer of the manhole cover clanging. I live 200 metres away in Marksbury Road and we are disturbed day and night. It’s getting worse with the volume of traffic. I would imagine if someone lifted the cover and cut the cables some company would be down in a flash to claim ownership and if it was outside Marvin Rees’ home it would be sorted yesterday.
