6 foot long repair joint collapse

Reported in the Carriageway Defect category anonymously at 14:44, Wed 12 December 2018

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Hi, just as you enter St James Barton roundabout there is a 6 inch wide and 4 inch deep depression caused by a collapsed repair joint to a utilities cover. Travelling over it feels like passing over a deep pothole. Can someone please investigate and repair. Here is the Streetview location of it: https://www.google.co.uk/ maps/ @51.4590712,-2.5913507,3a,75y,1.78h,61.1t/ data=!3m5!1e1!3m3!1s_NCrjU24KK52Ui53wosr6w!2e0!6s%2F%2Fgeo1.ggpht.com%2Fcbk%3Fpanoid%3D_NCrjU24KK52Ui53wosr6w%26output%3Dthumbnail%26cb_client%3Dmaps_sv.tactile.gps%26thumb%3D2%26w%3D203%26h%3D100%26yaw%3D3.5061588%26pitch%3D0%26thumbfov%3D100?hl=en. Can someone please investigate and repair? Many thanks.
