Massive change in height of road surface as well as an exposed man hole cover. Dangerous to traffic and cyclists due to having to either avoid by driving around, or slowly so not to break an axle

    This is a dangerous road defect and is causing serious safety issues with cars avoiding the huge difference, how can you deem it no action required?
