Since works on Hotwell Island completed, storm drains are blocked on Hotwell Road

Drainage here has historically been OK, but since ETM completed the works on the island (New traffic lights, moved crossings etc), the street regularly floods.

  • No investigate or rectification has taken place. Flooding will recur when next we have heavy rains.

  • This problem is not fixed !!! It is a hazard to cars that are trying to park here as the kerb cannot be seen due to deep water. Also it is detrimental to my business and other businesses as customers do not stop as they are unable to get out of there cars. Pedestrians will not be able to walk along pavement if the rain carries on today as forecasted. Action is needed to rectify this ASAP it has been happening since ETM did work here installing new cables etc months ago.
