Sent to Bristol City Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1490922.
Part of service yard/roadway has dropped by approx 1-2 inch 's over a 8 ft span. This area is in the Callowhill Court Broadmead Service yard behind British Heart Foundation and TK Maxx. The area is now flooding as a result due to the surface water not being able to get to the nearest storm drain. Either roadway needs repairing or a acco channel drain needs installing. British Heart Foundation and TK Maxx had identified this as a major H&S issue as the standing water could freeze and create slip hazards and accidents to delivery vesicles. This is also a trip hazard. This land is not private and belong to Bristol City Council despite the road markings stating private.

This issue has not been fixed or repaired as you can see from the photos uploaded today. Please re open this request as it is a serious H&S risk and been identified by various retailers paying high business rates! The ponding surface water is a major freeze risk therefore causing slip risks in the area. Please confirm that this has been reopened.
