Dropped kerb still subsiding - reported January 2018

Reported in the Pavement Defect category by Mr James G Exon at 08:41, Mon 7 January 2019

Sent to Bristol City Council 4 minutes later

The drop kerb for Nos.33 and 35 is subsiding The drop kerb for Nos.33 and 35 is subsiding, the surface is uneven, this causes large puddles and fouling of the pavement with filth from the road. This is an on-going issue that has been reported numerous times before. Additionally, the gutter in front of Nos.33 and 35 does not allow water to flow freely to the drains, again causing large puddles. This issue has been reported on numerous occasions, most recently January 2018 as follows 22/01/2018, initial report 22/01/2018, enquiry raised 24/01/2018, under investigation 05/03/2018, further investigation required 19/06/2018, noted and considered for future work, status fixed (????)

This issue that has existed for several years has not been resolved, by what definition can the status be "fixed". If BCC is not prepared to carry out the work, should I arrange for a private contractor to take on the job. If so where do I send the invoice for payment.

The problem is getting worse, foul water is now flowing onto my property and that of my neighbour.
