Hi, I like to follow up on another locals report of a electrical distribution box that has been damaged and is often wide open for anyone to access. This is very worrying as the are many children walk past it and I fear that they could be electrocuted if they made contact with anything inside. This issue on the website was raised on the 8/02/2019 and nothing has been done about it: “Contractors operating in Richeson Close are damaging pavements/kerb stones/media boxes with HGVs. Signs put up by BCC to sat keep off the verge being ignored. Mud etc. being tracked throughout the street” The case is now closed on the 7/03/2019 but there has been no action to renew the Electrical box / Damaged pavements / Kerb stone / maintain the signage to keep off the verge. I speak as one person but I know many locals are getting frustrated.

Hi, This case is not resolved or fixed just by passing the message onto the departments who are responsible. Please leave the case open until the level of traffic becomes reasonable considering the buildings works being carried out and is monitored by the council daily. A fix would be the damaged box would be replaced, please confirm when this will be replaced.
