Car park place continuously cordoned off in a public road - HMO at 15 Ashgrove Road, BS6 6NA
Reported in the Car parking category anonymously at 16:43, Sun 27 January 2019
Sent to Bristol City Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1524858.
A tenant at 15 Ashgrove Road (HMO), BS6 6NA, Redland keeps reserving their 'private car park' space in Westfield Park, pay & display area, by cordoning off an area, near their entrance. Please see the attached photos, showing the involved car. This behavior has been going on for months. Is it legal that a public space is cordoned off for personal usage, on an ongoing basis? Is it fair? This issue has already been raised to the Council in the past but nothing happened so far.
