3 way traffic lights on main road out of synch

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Caller says the sequencing on the 3 way temporary traffic lights are out of synch as a lot more traffic is coming one way and only a few vehicles at the other set of lights. Please reset/investigate. Thanks.
