Overgrown and overhanging trees on shared cycle path, this is causing problems with branches smacking you in the face as you cycle past. Problem is made worse because of street lights not working

There are now three street lights not working opposite the entrance to the Wapping Wharf Balfour Beatty development site on Cumberland Road - these light have been out of action for a month now, when are they going to be fixed?

The foliage is still sticking out and needs cutting back. It is reducing the usable width of the shared path and is dangerous as the branches could poke out the eye of an unsuspecting cyclist.
