People with driveways not using them and cars left parked on the road for months without moving.

Residents regularly cannot park their vehicles anywhere near where they live. One vehicle has been parked up without being used for approximately four months even though the owner has a mostly unused driveway. At night, particularly weekends, vehicles are parked and are completely blocking the pavement. Any emergency vehicles would struggle to get through. There has always been a shortage of parking available for council tenants in the flats but the issue does seem to have worsened greatly in the last few months.
