Park railing missing and damaged near 20 Widcombe Whitchurch

This railing was seen being carried away by two youths on Saturday 16th Feb at about 5pm. Despite a search in the area by local people, it cannot be found.

There is also a section next to this gap which has been damaged by builders and council grasscutters so this needs rectifying also. Thank you.
