Overhead power cables safety risk

The resident who owns this camper van has installed a 240volt power supply from the house across the footpath suspended from the steel lamppost. This is a safety risk and illegal in the public highway. The obstruction crosses the footpath at high level

  • The risk is not removed there today there is still a live 240volt cable strung across the footpath tied on a steel lamp post from a residential house feeding a camper van that it used on the public highway as a home. Please advise how this risk to public safety has been fixed.
