Double yellow lines are very worn/faded
Reported in the Carriageway Defect category anonymously at 10:23, Thu 28 February 2019
Sent to Bristol City Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1557548.
The double yellow lines outside No.1 and No.30 Elmgrove Road, Cotham, BS6 are very worn and faded. And need to be renewed asap.
This has been an issue for at least 3 years.
This acts as a drop-off point for pupils at Cotham Gardens. Motorists are ignoring the "No Parking At Anytime" signs presumably with the excuse that the double yellows aren't visible. The is also an issue with people attending The Elmgrove Centre on Sundays parking here.

The double yellows lines have not been "fixed" and motorists still park on them at school opening and closing times - often blocking the driveways of No.1 & No.30.
The parked vehicles offer a considerable hazard to parents and children crossing the road to get to the crossing on Cotham Grove.
