Street Light 2 has not been lit since the february snow

Since the snow at the beginning of February street light 2 has not been working. This has nearly caused a serious crash as the bottom end is not lit at all at night and it is busy due to a number of people attending clubs In the church at the end of the road. Please fix asap, thanks.
