Flagrant Abuse of Waiting Restrictions and Security Risk to Prison

Reported in the Car parking category by Mr R H Wiltsher at 17:02, Tue 5 March 2019

Sent to Bristol City Council 3 minutes later

Every school day without fail in the afternoon, the length of Clevedon Road where there are double yellow lines along the length of the HM Prison Horfield is parked on by parents, flagrantly abusing the double yellow line waiting restrictions and presenting a clear and present danger and security risk to an HM prison. Nothing is ever done by parking attendants and it is this complete lack of fear of enforcement that perpetuates the abuse. Please please please attend and enforce to send a message to parents that they cannot park where they like and ignore existing restrictions.
