This is clearly an issue as a quarter of the pavement is blocked.

Definitely not fixed. Bushes are overgrowing the pavement and need to be cut back and cut down lower to improve visibility for cars when travelling around the corner.

Still definitely not fixed. Bushes are overgrowing the pavement and need to be cut back and cut down lower to improve visibility for cars when travelling around the corner.

Not fixed. I'm not sure what the investigation looked at but these bushes need cutting.

Still definitely not fixed. I suspect your investigation was a cursory drive past that did not check the full extent of the issue.

Not fixed. I don't know what job was raised, but the bushes have not been cut back. Why is this taking so very long and being such hard work?

Note fixed...bushes still overgrowing. This is the second time it has been marked as fixed but with nothing done. Who is even telling you it is complete? What evidence are they giving you?

Stop marking this as fixed when it hasn't. It has not been cut back and is still blocking the pavement. Marking it as fixed will not magically solve the problem... It needs someone to actually use tools and do 15 mins work. I have sent you photos so you can clearly see where I mean.

Please just stop marking this as fixed when it isn't. The bushes now cover 80% of the pavement and the issue is getting worse. How are we all supposed to log things with the council if you keep abusing this system asked marking things closed when they clearly aren't.
