Uneven slabs on the corner of Rostetti Way and Gainsborough Square

Reported in the Pavement Defect category anonymously at 14:57, Fri 15 March 2019

Sent to Bristol City Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1573305.

Received an email saying "I parked in Rosetti Way and walked from there towards the front door of the Hub building, carrying my 3 week old baby in a car seat. On that stretch of pavement, there's a very dropped paving slab.

I wouldn't normally write to complain about such a thing, but given the venue is used by mums & babies & I imagine other vulnerable groups, I thought it was worth flagging up.

I tripped over the very uneven paving, dropping my baby in her car seat. Thankfully she was ok, but it was a horrible shock and after that I didn't feel in a state to go to the breastfeeding support group.

As you can imagine, it's a bit hard to see where you're going carrying a car seat like that, so i recognise there were other factors than just the paving. However i don't think this would have happened were it not for the paving problem."
