The drains at the bottom of Upper Perry Hill are very blocked with silt, mud and rubbish which is causing flooding. A lot of this dates back to when the roads was re surfaced and insufficienty cleaned afterwards. See photos ru

Sent to Bristol City Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1579477.
The roads were not cleaned after resurfacing and most drains are badly blocked. When it rains there is a lot of surface water. Also there have been lots of Water Works done recently where the road is constantly being dug up so a lot of water and silt has run down the Hill. The worst affected are at the bottom of Upper Perry Hill opposite no. 1 along to no. 9. This is ongoing as since there is no longer road sweeping there is a lot of rubbish due to footfall and rubbish from bins.
