Dangerous parking and over crowding.

Dangerous parking in front of junction like the parking pictured happens almost on a daily basis making it impossible to enter Merrimans road on the right side of the road and therefore dangerous. Furthermore it’s of significant risk when pulling out of the street onto the main road as view is severely restricted, both from the street and either side of the junction on the main road causing the driver to have to edge out well over the white dashed lines in order to see, placing them in direct traffic and risking themselves and other drivers on the main road.
Also issues with residents living on the main road parking in Merrimans, where there is a shortage of space for residents of the street, often being the cause for such dangerous parking at the top of the junction.
Ideally the street would become residents permit parking only as we should have priority parking in our own street and double yellows put along the 10ft before the junction and on the left and right side of the main road to ensure safe parking around the junction as well as give vehicles pulling out of Merrimans road, unrestricted view of both sides of oncoming traffic.

Parking is still an issue particularly when pulling out of the street into the main road as cars parked too close to the junction obscure the view and cause drivers to have to edge out too far over the junction in order to see - often putting them at risk of collision with drivers on the main road.
