Have just come out of my house to find this street lamp lying across the road with glass every where and the electrical cables exposed

The streetlight is now missing entirely. Is there an expected date for it to be reinstated please?

Lamppost was hit by vehicles using Hillsdon road to beat the lights. Needs replacing please. Also concerned this could have been a person- traffic calming measures please to prevent the traffic using as a quick cut through!
