Drain grille in road has sunk.
Reported in the Carriageway Defect category anonymously at 16:04, Sat 30 March 2019
Sent to Bristol City Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1588968.
Close to the kerb, the drain grille has sunk, causing a very deep depression, akin to a pothole. Passing cars have to run over this and could cause damage to suspension as it it not obvious until the jolt is felt.

It hasn't been rectified, but I'm wondering if it hasdn't sunk - it just was that the original tarmac of the road was built up around the sides, making the actual drain then sit within a deep depression. Either way, driving over this, which has to be done to accommodate bi-directional vehicles, results in suspension being seriously stressed and jolted.
