Caravan/van dwellers

‘Community’ is now growing akin to Whitehall saga - blocking pavement, leaving rubbish and other concerns about using drains for human waste. Two caravans don’t appear to be lived in - vans also - think people are using them to store things. Other concern are their polluting wood burners - dangerous and illegal in a supposed designated smoke free area (so much for eco credentials - driving a dirty old diesel vehicle around a city isn’t clever is it).
