The street light outside 71 Whitecross Avenue has still not been fixed. It has been out three of the last five nights including last night - 02/05/2019

Do not understand why I have received an email saying no action needed? The light is on less than 50% of the time so clearly some action IS needed? Please can someone come and discuss this with me?
