Road drain is full of silt and not draining, causes water to pool and flood risk

Reported in the Gully/Drainage category anonymously at 12:41, Fri 12 April 2019

Sent to Bristol City Council 4 minutes later

Whenever it rains hard the water pools making it a risk for cyclists and cars splashing pedestrians on pavement if they dont avoid puddle, also poor drainage on feeder road increases flooding risk for properties adjacent if we have a storm.

  • Hello I apreciate that you are busy and probably have a long list of drains to clear but this one is close to flooding the road as it appears the one opposite is draining slowly too. we really dont want this flooding back into the BT manhole under the pavement or worse still into our front doors. Please can we ask this to be moved up the list of jobs. Thanks
