Tile with raised circles on pavement slope is uneven

The tile moves when walked on. It is at the Wells road end of Calcott Road.

    There's actually 4 tiles loose, ironic I had just left my surgery to discuss my mobility. Had almost fallen, but steadied myself with walking stick and nearby parked car. The foot of this gentleman (car owner) is pressing down to demonstrate the severity of the movement of these tiles.
