Daily driving the wrong way in a one way street

Drivers are constantly and knowingly driving the wrong way on Kings Road BS4. We witness this daily. Some even turn right on to the Bath Road which means because of the mid road traffic island that they are driving the wrong way (!!) up the Bath Road for several metres. We have seen many near misses as drivers turning in to the one way Kings Road from Bath Road obviously do not expect a car to be coming out. Some drivers turning in are doing so at speed. Some one is going to be seriously injured or killed. We have also witnessed many, many road rage arguments because of this too.
