Are you proposing to cut the scrambles across the pavement on corner of line tree road and kellaway avenuue. This has previously been reported and the entire generous along Kellaway avenue is overgrown narrowing the pavement to such an extent pushchairs s and children have to walk in the busy main road to pass. The trees are all overgrown at base level causing a dangerous hazard to drivers who emerge from side roads Wellington Crescent and also severely narrowing pavements. The branches in the corner also cause injury to pedestrians and damage to clothing. How do we make a claim ? This disgraceful neglect is being photo to put onto Facebook and reported to our local councillor. Why do we pay rates ?
