I had the following reply via email.
"Dear ****,
Thank you for your enquiry regarding the street signage for Pinkhams Twist, Hengrove.
The Highway Inspector for this area has said that this sign has been put on the list to get replaced. However, please be patient as it can take some time.

Highways & Traffic"
As such, I'm not sure why the Council is marking this as fixed when it is clearly not.
