Pavement outside 30 Coniston Avenue has raised paving stones and the brick pavior area of the pavement has been lifted by the tree roots causing a significant trip hazard.

The pavement outside No 30 Coniston Ave has detiorated over the last 6 months and now presents a significant trip hazard to the local residents who use the pavement daily. The issue is raised brick paviours and paving slabs as shown in the attached photos. The cause of the problem would appear to be the tree routes from the trees planted in the pavement.
