I have visited the site and the fallen stone masonry/ gap in the wall has become progressively worse since last observed. This will now be reported to the Highways Structures team as the wall is potentially dangerous and will need to be repaired. The public footpath alongside the wall will probably need to be temporarily closed whilst this work takes place.

Update from BCC Building Control Team: No change of status to the wall since last inspected approximately 1yr ago, so we would not deemed this an immediate danger. However we will try and establish the owner(s) and advise accordingly.
