Poorly maintained pedestrian footpath

The pedestrian route that connects Lewis Road with Bishopsworth Road is in a very poor condition & presents a significant number of trip hazards. The route has no lightning at night. The injury sustained as shown in the pictures occurred as a result of a trip over a raised section of pavement which is in very poor condition.
