Hi,
I’d like to report the street light outside no 21 Olveston Road, BS7 9PB hasn’t been working since it had been installed. I can see my Neighrbour(s) had reported this problem 2 weeks ago but the issue has yet to be attended, see attached photo taken tonight. This is not acceptable and is unsafe for the local residents. I’d also like to complaint about the mess created by the contractor, see attached photos. Albeit most of it have been cleaned up by the recent rainfalls but the mess is still there. Whoever responsible for this should sort it out ASAP!

@Bristol City Council - We have reported the faulty street light and mess left on the Street by the contractor. Both issues have not been resolved yet and you replied ‘Your enquiry has been investigated and deemed that no action is required at present’! Your response is very irresponsible and disappointing. Seems you have decided to ignore our complaints, we think is time to raise the matter to the higher Authorities including the Mayor, local MP and Police. The resident safety should not be compromise!

I can assure that the light is still not working, how can the case be closed as being fixed. Unless this is the new energy saving initiative of only turning on 2 of the 3 lights? This area of the road is extremely dark with the light out of service and poses a safety risk to pedestrians. PLEASE FIX THE LIGHT ASAP.
